An introduction to bodyboarding

This includes:

• Equipment: choosing the right kit
• warming up
• how to handle the board
• riding your bodyboard 'prone'
• reading ocean conditions
• general beach safety
• bodyboarding terminology
• safely stopping.
• If you've already covered the basics we'll tailor the lesson to suit your needs

The ESF Surf School operates year round. We recommend booking in advance, especially if you're planning on visiting during peak season.
Our sessions start at 10am and 2pm every day, although we can be flexible with timings -
give us a call and we'll try to fit you in.
