More exercise than in the last 10 years put together but most fun I've had! Instructors were precise but fun and helpful. Thanks for a great lesson. The whole day ran really smoothly.

Not being a huge fan of waves and the cold I was apprehensive about bodyboarding but Aidan was great. I had three attempts and caught three great waves. I was also towed out to the waves when i was feeling tired, great fun had by all!

Had a really fun lesson. Aidan explained what we were meant to do really well and we all managed to ride some crazy waves in. Didn't like the water swallowage though! Ha ha. Will definitely go bodyboarding again.
