Will I be put under pressure?

Its all about having fun if you don't want do a part of the course thats fine you can skip it and wait for the next part.

What's a typical lesson like?

We kit up at the centre in a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and a pair boots. Then its down to the launch point where we go through a briefing with our Coasteer Leader Brendon. Following the briefing the real adventure begins where you will be swimming, traversing over rocks, delving into caves and jumping into the the sea.

Are you Accredited?

All of our Coasteer Guides are qualified lifeguards and CRB checked. While Brendon our Head of Coasteering has been a qualified Coasteer Leader for 5 years.

Are there any requirements for undertaking a lesson or course?

You must be over 8 years old, be able to swim 50 metres and have declared any medical problems on your consent form.

How much do they cost?

The price for one person for one session is 40 pounds however there are group discounts available.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is a towel, a swimming costume or trunks for under your wetsuit and an old pair of trainers.

Is there somewhere to put my belongings?

Your personal affects can be left in the change room which is within our centre and is under constant supervision.

Is there somwhere to park?

Parking can be purchased from the Carnmarth Hotel for £2 per session or if thats full there is nearby pay and display parking on the road down to Little Fistral.
